Owners Dave Wilson and Belle Redwood have brought their knack for offering fresh, fast food from the cafe’s Central Brunswick neighbour Ho Chi Mama, but this time the focus is on vegan, organic and gluten-free.

Start your day with the Old School espresso blend from Byron Bay’s Marvell Street Coffee Roasters and a chia seed or soaked oat breakfast cup. For lunch, options navigate daily salad plates, vegetable wraps, beetroot and walnut patties and Byron Gourmet Pies, as well as gluten-free nori rolls boasting Australian-grown biodynamic brown rice. Sweeter creations such as gluten-free peanut butter chocolate cake and raw treats may be gracing the cabinet, offering a guilt-free bookend to your healthy feast.
