Philip Johnson’s Espresso One Eleven opens in Brisbane City
Housed in the newest building on the riverside block, Espresso One Eleven has opened on the mezzanine level of One One One in Brisbane City.
The creation of E’cco Bistro owner Philip Johnson, Espresso One Eleven is the first of two venues under the One Eleven banner, with the bistro set to open in September. A sleek, futuristic space of black-and-white furniture, the espresso bar boasts floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river and Story Bridge.
Serving Allpress coffee and simple eats, the espresso bar has been designed with the city dweller in mind. Try the likes of a Pumpkin, Ricotta and Spring Onion Muffin for breakfast or a slice of decadent Red Velvet cake with cream-cheese icing for an afternoon treat. Stop in for a coffee and sandwich made from fresh, uncomplicated ingredients and enjoy the view, or duck in and out with ease.
