Just off the Gold Coast Highway, The Lott Espresso Bar Mermaid provides the perfect backdrop to take a step back from the chaos, enjoy a Campos coffee and watch people hurry about their day. The all-day breakfast menu will tempt you with its appetising selections including The Lott Benedict and for the famished, aptly named, The Lott comes piled high with eggs, pork chipolatas, bacon, sweet potato rosti, slow roasted roma tomato, roasted garlic and herb mushroom, housemade tomato chutney and toast. From 11:30 am, the selection only becomes even more difficult as the lunch menu presents a whole new set of options including the bunless lamb burger that is served with mushroom, tomato, tzatziki and sweet potato batons or the sun-dried tomato and almond crusted chicken. Keep an eye out in coming weeks as the crew plan to roll out $10.00 lunch specials that will offer street food style rolls, sliders and tacos.

The Lott Espresso Bar Mermaid is a new addition to The Lott family for owners Jarrad and Ashleigh Moore who also own The Lott Urban Dining in Robina. Jarrad’s brother Denny Moore is also co-owner of the new Mermaid establishment.
