Pop your pinky at The Langham, Gold Coast for the Veuve Clicquot Rosé Afternoon Tea
A high tea in spring is one of our favourite ways to while away an afternoon. The Langham, Gold Coast is giving us another reason to raise our glass, as the luxury five-star hotel has partnered with Veuve Clicquot Rosé to debut an exclusive afternoon tea experience that draws inspiration from the much-loved pink-hued champagne.
Set within the grandeur of Palm Court, The Langham, Gold Coast’s new Veuve Clicquot Rosé Afternoon Tea is brimming with bubbles, bites and everything nice. The Langham, Gold Coast’s sommelier Gary Petzer says the champagne-filled affair spotlights the beloved pink-hued sip, Veuve Clicquot Rosé. “The elegant Veuve Clicquot Rosé, celebrated for its refined character and exceptional taste, marries seamlessly with the diverse flavours of the afternoon tea offering,” says Gary.
Curated by The Langham’s executive culinary team, the menu features a blend of sweet and savoury delicacies – think primo pastries, melt-in-your-mouth scones and sumptuous seafood (get in our bellies, Mooloolaba prawns). Of course, plenty of delectable desserts will be on offer, inspired by seasonal spring fruits like raspberry, blueberry and edible florals. Eager to try this sophisticated sipping and snacking sesh? The Veuve Clicquot Rosé Afternoon Tea will run until December, with a limited number of seatings available each day, between 2:00–5:00 pm. Prices are set at $169 per person from Monday to Friday and $179 per person over the weekend, inclusive of a complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot Rosé.
