Manolas Bros brings inspiration to your dinner party

Manolas Bros on Capri on Via Roma is a turophile’s (lover of cheese) heaven! With stacks of beautifully rich and creamy varieties alongside bitey vintages and antipasto delights from Greece and Italy, the food emporium boasts one of the coast’s largest selections of traditional and modern deli products of the finest quality.

The brothers behind the offering, Con and Steve Manolas, have been sharing their love of food with the good people of the Gold Coast for more than 20 years. To them, the store and its contents is inspired by memories of long Sunday lunches, mezze plates and Mediterranean summers. It is very much a family affair for the Manolas’ as their mother Angela and father Jack can generally be found toiling away in the kitchen or pottering about on the shop floor chatting to long-time loyal and new customers.

The brothers have established a trusted network of local farmers and producers to offer exceptional quality fresh produce as well as the finest international suppliers to deliver their unbeatable and mouth-watering range.

Browsing the vast array of fresh and packaged products will undoubtedly make you a little peckish so it’s lucky for you that they serve breakfast and light meals for you to munch on as well as an extensive selection of wines and local and imported beers. If it’s too early in the day for an alcoholic beverage, enjoy a coffee, tea or fresh juice. All of Manolas Bros meals are produced from scratch and only use the freshest and most premium ingredients.
