The coffee house has become as much apart of locals’ morning rituals as brushing their teeth. The cafe’s main affair, the coffee, is sourced from Marvell Street Coffee Roasters in Byron Bay. Beyond beautifully rich blends with hints of maple, the boutique coffee roasters support fair trade and personally visit the farm and growers around the world to establish their network of suppliers. They even name the beans after the farmers.

Good Day Coffee also dishes up a selection of rustic, home-style food that is all made in-house with the exception of the bread. Enjoy roasted tomatoes and goats fetta, eggs with a selection of accompaniments or home-made granola with yoghurt and poached pear. Simple yet satisfying, the food is designed to deliver the best possible start to your day. There is also a selection of freshly-made cold-pressed juices to kick-start your morning including beetroot, strawberry, lime, apple and mint and turmeric, pineapple, orange, mango and ginger.
