Restock your body and fridge at Flannerys Refuel Depot
Famed health-food franchise Flannerys has branched out to open its first cafe in partnership with the owners of the Robina store, Tony Denoon and Suzy Fogarty.
After a long day, picking up a quick curry from your local thai place on your way home can be mighty tempting, especially if your stomach is screaming at you from the inside. It’s moments like these that you can be thankful that Flannerys Refuel Depot exists. Brimming with goodness, Refuel Depot’s fridges are stacked with pre-packaged, chef-prepared meals including raw pad thai, raw bento tray and chicken tabouleh salad so you can satisfy your hunger quickly without compromising your health.
The Australian first offering at Easy T Centre has taken the Flannerys concept to the next level and offers a complete menu of made-to-order meals, grab-and-go trays, freshly blended smoothies, 4-hour hydraulic cold-pressed juices and organic fair-trade coffee that is supplied by Kiva Han Roasting House in Mermaid Beach.
The meals are for the most part raw (with the exception of the rice and Quinoa) and are all prepared daily onsite by organic chef, Matt Dixon, and his team using 100% organic, sustainably farmed produce. See our Stumble Guide for opening times.
