The Australian-first offering at Easy T Centre in Robina offers a complete menu of made-to-order meals, grab-and-go trays, freshly blended smoothies, four-hour hydraulic cold-pressed juices and organic fair-trade coffee that is supplied by Kiva Han Roasting House in Mermaid Beach. The meals are for the most part raw (with the exception of the rice and quinoa) and are all prepared daily on-site by organic chef, Matt Dixon, and his team using 100 percent organic, sustainably farmed produce.
