Bin 232 brings cocktails and tapas to Pacific Fair

Upping the ante on food court fare, Bin 232 has opened at Pacific Fair much to the delight of shoppers and moviegoers. The new venue is the third in the ‘Bin’ family, which also includes Bin 12 in Burleigh and Bin 72 at The Strand at Coolangatta.

Just in time to replenish weary Christmas shoppers with tasty tapas and stellar suds, Bin 232 has swung open its gigantic metal-framed doors on The Patio at Pacific Fair. The modish new digs offers a similar design aesthetic as its southern sister venues alongside its tried and tested tapas menu. Filled with tasty Asian-inspired temptations such as sticky pork salad, the menu also offers some sensational seafood selections including Kingfish sashimi with pickled Spanish onion and citrus vinegar and salt and pepper squid with yuzu mayo. Conveniently categorised into smaller plates and larger plates, Bin 232 caters to a broad range of whims and fancies and offers a little taste of fine dining without the extravagant bill at the end.

If you find yourself in need of a little extra Christmas cheer, Bin 232 offers a plentifully stocked bar so you can enjoy a cocktail or chilled beverage. Designed to raise the bar for shopping centre fare, the chic establishment represents the culmination of experience for renowned restauranteurs Daniel and Ruggie Ridgeway and Brett Fawcett.
