The Belvedere Spritz + Bao Pop-Up (aka your springtime happy place) is now in full swing at Mamasan Kitchen + Bar at Oracle Boulevard. This limited-edition collab is pairing a series of Belvedere vodka spritzes with a mouth-watering one-off bao creation from Mama’s kitchen. For just $35 you get two karaage-prawn bao buns with tonkatsu slaw, yuzu mayo and baby gem lettuce (drool away, friends) and your choice of spritz from the pop-up’s exclusive menu to sip on in that glorious spring sunshine.
We’re talking effervescent Mamasan-style concoctions like the Ginger Kumquat Spritz (Belvedere, ginger zest, kumquat liqueur, mandarin, prosecco and soda), the Jade Garden Spritz (shizo-infused Belvedere, yuzu, Thai basil and thyme syrup, cucumber and soda) and the Pampelle-spiked Ruby Grapefruit Spritz.
