On July 27, experience the taste of winter through The Fireplace’s three-course menu, underpinned by its signature wood-fired cuisine and bolstered by tasting wines from Bimbadgen vineyard. Each wine will fortify its matched course, with the aim to elevate your tastebuds to greater heights.
