Weekend Fire Pit – Terra Firma x Embers at Raba Urban Farm


Ember, by the internationally renowned chef Aaron Teece, and chef Charly Pretet, founder of Terra Firma Dining, is teaming up to offer a wonderful open-fire dining experience in collaboration at Raba Urban Farm in Mudgeeraba on Saturday October 15.

This humble style of dining embraces back to basic cooking techniques, using only fire and the best local ingredients. More than just your average barbecue, the menu will push the boundaries of what you thought was possible to cook with just an open flame. Think fair game wild venison, Rocky Point aquaculture cobia, local lamb, Brooklet Springs chickens and vegetables from the farm.

The combination of the delicious aromas and the ability to interact with the chefs at work makes for an unforgettable experience. Bring your picnic rugs, cutlery and appetite for good food and settle in for the day in the paddock whilst listening to the chilled vibes of those participating in the open mic sessions. A bar will also be set up in the paddock to serve locally brewed beers, wines and prosecco by the glass.

If you want to join, see more of the cooking process and interact with the chefs, we recommend arriving earlier in the morning. Parking is available on-site, with furry friends welcome on leash.
