Spring High Tea


The pastry chefs at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort’s signature restaurant, Pearls Bar, have drawn inspiration from spring’s vibrant colours and seasonal produce to create the ultimate Spring High Tea. For $64 per person, prepare to indulge in sweet treats like lavender friands with lemon cream cheese, a pineapple curd tart with coconut marshmallows, salted dulce delice slice, strawberry meringues with strawberry cremeux and some perfectly delicate macarons. All of the delicious petit-fours are homemade in-house by Sheraton’s own talented pastry chef. With your sweet tooth sorted, leave room for the savoury sandwiches, including house-hot-smoked salmon with cucumber and spring onion creme fraiche, and the turkey, asparagus and camembert combo. You’ll also be able to devour an egg and watercress brioche roll with salmon pearls, spinach, caramelised onion and Persian feta quiche, and a healthy dose of Kenilworth Dairies’ truffle cream brie.

No high tea is complete without homemade lemon scones, served fresh with clotted double cream and blueberry compote for extra indulgence! Your high tea delight also includes a glass of sparkling wine alongside unlimited tea and coffee. If you’re celebrating a grand occasion (or are just well versed in the art of treating yourself), you’re also welcome to upgrade your wine to a glass of perrier-jouet champagne for an extra $10 per person. Bookings can be made online, with the high tea available at Pearl’s Bar between 12:00 and 4:00 pm daily. Alternatively, savour your sweets and sip tea on The Deck at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort from Monday to Thursday between 12:00 and 2:00 pm.
