Queensland Symphony Orchestra Plays Bolero

Ravel’s Bolero is one of the most famous works for orchestra; starting with a barely discernible snare drum rhythm, two melodies are sounding from various instruments throughout the orchestra, leading into a thrilling finale. After her celebrated Gold Coast debut in 2014, pianist Marina Yakhlakova returns with a performance of Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1, accompanied by the Queensland Symphony Orchestra.
