Magic of Christmas

Magic of Christmas

Heritage Park at Pimpama will become a Christmas wonderland of more than 150,000 dazzling lights and enchanting festive displays with the inaugural ‘Magic of Christmas’, hosted by Peter ‘Spida’ Everitt and his wife Sheree.

Staged each night, the exhibit will feature thousands of light and decorative displays as well as themed areas including Mrs Claus’ House, The Elves’ Workshop, The Boys and Girls Toy Sheds and The Faux Snow Experience, and of course, Santa in his big red chair.

Sponsored by Gold Coast group Eximm, the nightly event will present a school choir of carollers, the chance to meet and take photos with Santa, and a special North Pole post box for letters to Santa. There will also be a festive disco for the kids as well as a “Santa Panda” bear treasure hunt.

Light refreshments, ice creams, a sausage sizzle and a coffee van will be onsite as well as a Wishing Wall, allowing visitors to write their hopes and dreams for 2017 on post-it notes and peg them to a fence.
