Free Wellness Seminar – ‘Cancer & Chronic Diseases Under the Microscope: The NIIM CTC Pathogen & Blood Test’

Join us for this eye-opening seminar with A/Prof Karin Ried, Director of Research at the National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM), and Dr Taufiq Binjemain, Integrative GP, to learn about the latest advances in “Cancer and Chronic Diseases Under the Microscope”.

Circulating-Tumour-Cells (CTC) are biomarkers for early cancer development and treatment effectiveness. NIIM is the first institute in Australia to offer the validated cytology-based ISET-CTC analysis developed in France and the first institute worldwide to combine the cytology-based blood test and genetic analysis in the innovative pathogen blood test. The cytology-based blood test can distinguish between CTC, single cells and CTC clusters, atypical inflammatory cells and infectious agents, including bacteria (e.g. Lyme Borrelia), fungi, viruses, protozoa, and multicellular parasites.

A/Prof Karin Ried will also be presenting the latest findings from the GarGIC trial, which suggests Kyolic aged-garlic-extract may be effective in significantly reducing blood pressure in patients with uncontrolled hypertension, significantly lowering central blood pressure and arterial stiffness, and also having the potential to improve inflammation and gut microbial profile.

Presented by:
A/Prof Karin Ried PhD MSc GDPH Cert Integrative Medicine – NIIM Director of Research

Dr Taufiq Binjemain MBChB(UK) MRCGP(UK) MRCS(Edin),CCFP(Canada) FRACGP – Integrative GP

Free car parking is available in local nearby streets.
