Set amongst the pristine surrounds and rolling hills of Hazelwood Estate in the Gold Coast hinterland, this extraordinary event invites diners to embark on a magical six-course culinary journey curated by The Paddock restaurant’s executive chef Simon Furley and Pip Sumbak of Pip’s Plate. The sensory journey will celebrate cooking over fire, and highlight the local region’s rich bounty of incredible producers.

The long lunch will showcase hyper-local and sustainable produce alongside The Paddock Restaurant’s root-to-stem and nose-to-tail ethos. A portion of ticket sales and all proceeds of raffle tickets sold on the day will also be donated to  Scenic Rim Farm Box for flood-relief efforts.
