Get a dose of happiness at 19 Karen’s Happy exhibition
In a world that can sometimes be a little dark, the latest group exhibition at 19 Karen Contemporary Artspace is looking on the bright side and celebrating all things that make people happy.
If you’re in need of a good dose of happiness, don your brightest colours and get along to the opening of 19 Karen’s Happy exhibition at Sofitel Gold Coast on Friday May 13. The group show brings together over 45-international and Australian artists and showcases things that make them feel happy, the result is a diverse collection of artwork that ranges from pop-art pictures of Mickey Mouse to incredible watercolours of horses.
Among the incredibly talented line-up of artists are local Gold Coasters Anne Smerdon, Go Suga, Nadia Seo, Patrick Oudin and Richard Blundell. If you can’t make it along to the opening, Happy will be on display at 19 Karen until June 30.
