Fishbowl fights the cost of living crisis with new deflation creation, Street Food by Fishbowl
We see it when we go out to dinner and we see it when we look at our grocery receipt – eating good is a pricey prospect these days. The team behind Fishbowl is looking to ease our financial woes with a new street-food offering. Today the salad-slinger is adding a streamlined selection of satisfying meals that won’t break the bank. Here’s what’s on offer …
It seems like we’re living in a Simply Red song right now – money’s too tight to mention. While we wait for a break to be bestowed upon us by the big financial institutions, Fishbowl is looking out for us in these fiscally fraught times. The team is deflating our inflation worry with a brand-new selection of cost-effective eats that don’t skip on flavour.
Street Food by Fishbowl sees the purveyor of Japanese-inspired salads craft a range of simplified, stripped-back bowls that, while slightly less elaborate than its signature range, are no less flavoursome or nutritious. The Street Food by Fishbowl range features a bunch of protein-packed options, including tom yum chicken, five-spice beef, miso salmon, lemon chicken and mushroom, with each bowl coming with rice, house slaw and umami cashew crunch. These bowls are available for just $11.90 at all of Fishbowls 40 locations (including its dispensaries in Newstead, Chermside and Newmarket). Happy (frugal) feasting, fam!
