Laurence McGrath spent many years operating successful cafes and restaurants in the Albury area before deciding to concentrate on one specific item on his menu – his salad dressings. Enabling Laurence to indulge his love of spice combinations, natural ingredients and easy eating, McGrath Food Dressings are now rivalling the traditional dressings on the family dinner table. Beware though they come with their own warning: may cause addiction to salads!

McGrath Food Dressings are now available each weekend at the Jan Powers Farmers Markets at the Powerhouse, Manly and Mitchelton. The most popular flavour is Poppyseed Dressing, a versatile rich and tangy dressing that has a balance of sweet and savoury to enhance a simple salad; add to a juicy steak, corned beed or roast chicken; as a dipping sauce for seafood or as a dollop of flavour on a burger. The European Garlic Food Dressing packs a garlic and citrus punch with hints of honey and tarragon, or try the Sticky Fingers Barbecue Glaze, the Summer Rain Food Dressing, a slow-boiled Asian-style infused vinegar, and the Curry Mango Tango.
