Salisbury residents scored a treat to start 2024, with Natura Cafe opening its doors on McCarthy Road ( just near Ballistic Beer). The curvacious cafe, which boasts rendered walls, arched windows, a potted olive tree and a palette of neutral tones, serves all-day breakfast (including staples like pancakes, acai bowls, big brekkies and smashed avocado), as well as a lunch menu featuring pressed paninis, salads and chicken souvlaki with chips. Stel Coffee is supplying the caffeine, which will be available alongside fresh fruit juices, smoothies, frappes and Natura’s signature Greek frappe.
