Balboa Italian and The Valley Estate have teamed up for a pop-up dining experience called L’Altro Restaurant
While we love the comfort of our favourite dishes at longstanding eateries, sometimes it’s the experimental flavours of a pop-up that leave the most lasting memories. That’s precisely what diners can expect to find at L’Altro Restaurant at The Valley Estate. The pop-up dining experience will see two powerhouse venues, Balboa Italian and The Valley Estate, team up for one unforgettable collaboration.
Brought to you by restaurateur Cherie Uzan, owner and creator of both venues, L’Altro Restaurant officially opened its doors on January 1, transforming The Valley Estate’s exquisite Manor into an exclusive new dining destination that’s here for a strictly limited season. Guests are invited to embark upon an immersive journey that defies culinary boundaries. Seamlessly merging the old-world Italian style of Balboa with Mediterranean influences and the finest Australian produce, the menu is a celebration of flavours that changes daily. Embracing a philosophy of cooking over open coals and flames, each dish tells a story of passion and dedication to the art of gastronomy, crafted around top-quality meats and seafood.
Complementing the exquisite fare, L’Altro has reimagined the Manor to marry the visual splendour of the space with the ethos of L’Altro, with ancient olive trees sitting pretty beneath sparkling chandeliers, creating a unique vision for this exclusive pop-up. The result is nothing short of extraordinary. L’Altro is set to open its doors for an exclusive three-month period, with selected dates from January 1 to April 1, 2024. Keen to wine and dine?
