Situated beneath the Reflections towers on the Coolangatta beachfront, Earth Pantry is a haven for wholefoods feasts and post-beach eats. Those obsessed with acai and smoothie bowls will be met with more than 15 different variations to choose from, like the coconut and chickpea smoothie bowl topped raw vegan cookie dough, and the ‘snickers’ bowl that’s decorated with vegan chocolate mousse and lashings of raw salted-caramel sauce. There’s also a full breakfast menu on offer – keep it simple with the Eggs Yo Way, or lash out with eye-catching delights like the housemade vegan waffles with hibiscus coconut ice-cream, or the kombucha-soaked bircher with caramelised buckinis.

Lunch-style eats pop up from 11:00 am – think brown-rice buddha bowls with sesame falafel, karaage chicken burgers with wombok slaw and pickled-ginger mayo, and the sushi bowl with seared miso salmon. The cabinet is brimming with decadent housemade raw treats and cakes, fresh daily salads and sandwiches. There’s also a menu dedicated to loaded bagels, with fillings like Mediterranean vegetables with almond-kale pesto, as well as heartier options like the NY Reuben layered with freshly shaved salami, prosciutto and ham with sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. As for the drinkables, there’s Campos brews pouring alongside a rainbow of coffee alternatives like red-velvet, unicorn and mermaid lattes. You’ll also find a swag of fresh juices, protein shakes and smoothies on offer, as well as ice-cold kombucha on tap.
