Committed to offering a unique and definitively Gold Coast dining experience, Carmody’s Restaurant & Bar has unveiled a brand new autumn menu that encourages sustainability and supports local farmers.

Upping the ante on the standard steak dinner, Carmody’s Restaurant & Bar is luring diners with exceptionally tender beef fillet mignon wrapped with deliciously crispy apple wood-smoked bacon. The new beef dish is just one of the exciting new additions to the autumn menu, which also features organic Byron Bay pork belly with quince, black tea and sumac, and some enticing new sides. Send your tastebuds into a frenzy with the chamoy-spiced cauliflower salad with black rice, lime and pumpkin seeds or keep it light with the red quinoa, watermelon, baby spinach and Persian feta salad. Just be sure to leave room for the banana and black rum pudding with caramelised banana, Kraken spiced rum, brown butter and maple butterscotch sauce, candied walnuts and banana bread ice-cream.
