Pacific Fair Shopping Centre has partnered with Serving our People this R U OK? Day to host a free yoga & meditation class in The Resort at Pacific Fair.

The class will be running from 07:30 am to 08:30 am on Thursday, September 8th. All fitness levels are welcome – beginners, intermediate and advanced!

Simply bring a yoga mat, sweat towel and water bottle. Bookings are essential as there are limited spaces available.
