The Gold Coast Renaissance Faire is a lively re-creation of a 16th century Elizabethan country fair, with authentic entertainment, costumes, arts, games and food. The fairs of the times were festive occasions where all members of society came for business and pleasure – from country and townsfolk, merchants, buccaneers, traveling entertainers, to royalty.
