Head to the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort on Thursday December 1 from 7:00 pm for an intimate evening with Forty Spotted for a masterclass in Tasmanian Gin.

Sip your way through some of their finest award-winning crafted gins bursting with classic Tasmanian flavours, including Tassie bush honey, wild rose and the native pepper berry. Sheraton’s chefs will also serve light snacks for the evening, carefully curated to complement the gin. Alternatively, head into the resort to sample flavours from Oyster Bar & Grill. There will also be a lucky door prize on the night.

Tickets are $90 and include a welcome cocktail, four gin tastings and individual snacks.
