Aviary’s Father’s Day G&Tea is a feast for the senses, with high-tea towers brimming with salivation-inducing eats like pulled-pork sliders, prawn rolls, halloumi chips and gianduja chocolate cake. On top of the high-tea delights, you and pa will be able to dig in to Aviary’s authentic Italian pizzas, with new flavours exclusive to the event that are sure to tantalise taste buds.

Now, it wouldn’t be a so-called G&Tea without some G&Ts, and thanks to Four Pillars gin, tipples will be in plentiful supply – and in an array of limited-edition flavours! While you and the family are sampling top-notch bites and bevvies, Australian muso Jake Meywes will be filling the air with sweet tunes to a breathtaking backdrop of the Gold Coast hinterland.
