Fancy an afternoon of flowing prosecco, delicious food and Italian frivolity? Cucina Vivo’s popular Prosecco Long Lunch is back for a winter edition – and you’ll definitely want a seat at the table.

Held on Saturday July 27, the Prosecco Long Lunch will feature a mouth-watering three-course menu of share-style Italian favourites, alongside sips by prosecco maestros Dal Zotto. Acoustic tunes by local musician Kent Tonscheck will set the scene, as the first prosecco bottles pop and antipasti morsels like San Daniele prosciutto, mortadella and lemon-scented goats curd hit the table.

Prosecco-sipping diners will kick back (in true Italian style) and share Cucina Vivo favourites like 30-hour ragu casarece bolognese with pecorino cream, wood-fired capricciosa pizza, and fresh salads brimming with pear, parmigiano reggiano and aged balsamic. After plenty of sips, snacks and chats, the sumptuous long lunch will finish on a sweet note with delicate panna cotta served with macerated strawberries and biscotti. Molto bene!
