Revive the tradition of the Sunday roast at QT’s Bazaar

As the old proverb goes, a Sunday well-spent brings a week of content. Hedge your bets for a great week ahead and make a reservation at QT Gold Coast’s Bazaar for a long, leisurely Sunday roast.

As the mercury drops, hearty comfort food becomes increasingly impossible to resist, and none more so than the humble roast with all of the trimmings. Think meat so tender it falls off the bone, crispy-on-the-outside-fluffy-on-the-inside potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and generous lashings of rich gravy, is your mouth watering yet? For a limited time, QT’s Bazaar is hosting a Sunday roast featuring a rotating selection of meats, from crispy-skinned whole suckling pig to herb roasted free-range chicken and beautifully tender wood-oven roasted lamb. You may need to loosen the belt a notch or two in anticipation because as soon as you get a glimpse of the sumptuous spread, your eyes will light up like a kid on Christmas morning.

The new winter lunch banquet at Bazaar is $59 per person and provides the perfect excuse to catch up with family and friends over some amazing nosh. The Sunday roast is lovingly prepared by Chef Benney and his amazingly talented culinary team alongside the usual global delights you’ve come to know and love. Bookings are essential.
