Bottomless brunch combines some of our favourite things – catching up with mates, delicious breakfast food and lots and lots of tipples. If you’ve been itching for a boozy outing with your friends, then head to Sirromet Wines, which is hosting a bottomless brunch every Saturday from August 19.

First it was sips under the stars by the fire pits, then it was picnics amongst the lavender fields – now Sirromet Wines is levelling up your brunch game with a weekly bottomless brunch in The Summer House. From 11:00 am to 1:00 pm every Saturday, brunch fiends can head to Sirromet Wines for a flavourful feast with two hours of bottomless drinks. You can expect a delectable selection of bites including charred corn-and-zucchini fritters with smoked salmon and citrus creme fraiche, Ruby Creek mushroom and smoked salami chorizo frittata with chilli mascarpone, and smashed avocado crostinis with whipped fetta, shaved radish and saltbush dukkah. You’ll even get to stick a fork into a melt-in-your-mouth burrata dished up alongside heirloom tomatoes, basil pesto, prosciutto, balsamic reduction and sourdough. Don’t fret sweet tooths, as your brunch tower is topped off with chef’s selection of desserts – think creme patisserie and Redland Bay strawberry tarts, white chocolate and raspberry parfait with gin-cured blueberries and lime bars with buttery Graham Cracker crust, lime tangy custard and toasted coconut flakes.

Now, it wouldn’t be bottomless brunch without the promise of flowing tipples, and being primely located at a winery means drinks are never far away. You can expect to sip on two hours worth of whistle-wetting Sirromet NV Cuvee whilst you indulge in scrumptious brunch snacks, and if that’s not a perfect pairing, we don’t know what is.
