Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort is spicing up the summer season, treating guests to a Mexican-themed poolside pop-up. In conjunction with tequila brand Avion, the resort’s Avion Beach Cantina serves up mouth-watering eats and sips – headlined by a dedicated margarita menu. Resort guests can relax in the Mexican-themed tropical garden and feast on a flavour-packed menu from executive chef, Christopher Dodds – think chipotle chicken, market barramundi and slow-cooked pulled pork, sided with tasty condiments.

Mixologists will be on hand to shake and pour a host of margaritas using Avion Silver Tequila, alongside other Mexican faves like sangria jars, mocktails and even frosé.

The Avion Beach Cantina operates daily from 12:00 – 7:00 pm, with Mexican eats available until 3:00 pm. The pop-up is open to guests only and runs until January 29. Olé!
