World Pasta Day at Ristorante Fellini
Ristorante Fellini co-owner and master pasta maker Rafaelle Di Benedetto will demonstrate the art of pasta making on Wednesday October 25 to celebrate World Pasta Day. The award-winning restaurant is famous for its pasta, which is made fresh on-site daily at the restaurant’s attached artisan pasta factory, Pastificio Fellini. Mr Di Benedetto’s techniques have been passed down through generations and he will share them with diners from midday to 3:00 pm on October 25.
In addition, Ristorante Fellini co-owner and executive chef Richard Burt has created some special pasta dishes for the day, including a savoury chocolate pasta dish, which is piquing the interest of local foodies.
