Back in August, Before + After hosted an appearance by Andy Chu of beloved Melbourne joint One Or Two. On Tuesday November 21, Before + After’s owner George Curtis will roll out the red carpet for award-winning bartender duo Tony Huang and Tim Pope of first-rate Fitzroy bar PAR. for a one-night-only takeover. The joint has made waves since launching last April, racking up accolades left and right.
