The Noosa International Food & Wine Festival has truly earned its place as one of Australia’s most prestigious food, wine and lifestyle events, hosting more than 200 of the world’s most prominent chefs, winemakers and foodies. Now in its eleventh year, the Noosa International Food & Wine Festival will bring the best of Australian and international food and wine to Noosa for a four-day celebration, commencing on May 15.

Festival-goers have the chance to interact and learn from international and national stars of the culinary, wine and media worlds, exploring new food trends, techniques, produce and wine, with wine masterclasses and cooking demonstrations aplenty. More than 80 Australian winemakers and Italian sommeliers will provide wine tastings, and cooking classes by renowned chefs Neil Perry and Adriano Zumbo will allow participants to learn from the best. Individual hands-on sessions will cover everything from sake- and cocktail-matched degustations, to champagne breakfasts and food trails through the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
