The flavoursome feast will see chef Alexis Besseau hero the very best local produce for his classic fare, while C’est Bon’s Andy Ashby will be working his own form of magic, dishing up culinary creations with contemporary twists. Taking place in the cosy and contemporary surroundings of C’est Bon’s French Quartier-style bistro, diners will be transported to provincial France through flavour and design.
