Stone-cold sober sips – Barnes & Brown is slinging tasty booze-free beverages

With silly season now in our rear-view mirror and the end of summer nigh, it’s getting to that time of the year when our bodies ask us to slow down. If you’re looking to take a break from the sauce, we’ve stumbled upon a new non-alcoholic sprits range – Barnes and Brown. Handcrafted in Australia, these tipples are said to tantalise the palate just like the original.

Say hello to the new kid on the non-alcoholic beverage block – Barnes & Brown. Handcrafted and blended in Australia, Barnes & Brown’s non-alcoholic spirit range was made with the health-conscious in mind, as well as those who are booze-free curious. The range is a boozeless take on a handful of spirits, which are commonly used in some of the most popular cocktails – there’s everything from tequila to triple sec. The best bit? They have been created to taste just like the spirits they are inspired by, except they are alcohol-free and won’t leave you with a lingering post-drinking headache.

The Barnes & Brown range features non-alcoholic bourbon (Southern Belle), white rum (Señorita Bianco) tequila (Miss Agave), vermouth (Countess Cora), gin (Lady Juniper), and triple sec (Lady Marmalade). So all you have to do is grab some mixers and put on your bartender cap before whipping up your own boozeless martini, old fashioned, gin and tonic or margarita. You can now snag 700-ml bottles of Barnes and Brown’s non-alcoholic spirits for $42.50 at the Barnes & Brown website and at selected IGA supermarkets.
