The Third Wheel Pizzeria’s Italian co-owner and chef rolls the house dough by hand and layers divine spheres with all manner of fresh Australian produce and Italian meats, before finishing them off in the stone oven. Toppings meander from the chef’s secret salsa, freshly grated mozzarella and pork sausage to olives, capers, anchovies, salsa and mozzarella, or guests can test their appetite on the folded pizza calzone loaded with salsa, mozzarella and ham.
