Six of the country’s most celebrated winemakers will share their best drops and personal insights with an intimate audience at Sanctuary Cove’s popular Winemaker’s Dinner on July 26. Held on the eve of the all-new Sunsets by Sanctuary Cove festival, the Winemaker’s Dinner will showcase a six-course degustation perfectly matched with six wines.

Diners can enjoy quality reds and whites from renowned winemaking regions, along with champagne born from vines that are more than 50 years old and cultivated in the Les Riceys region of France. Taste delectable dishes from InterContinental Executive Chef Matt Hart’s specially curated menu, featuring Moreton Bay bug terrine, duck breast with honey and goldband snapper, complimented by salted chocolate delice and Tintenbar triple brie cheese.
