Fritzenberger Wilston

Burger-joint-meets-micro-brewery Fritzenberger is expanding, with a second location set to open in September this year. Fritzenberger, the frites and burger brew house, opened on Kedron Brook Road in Wilston after much public anticipation. The light-filled corner location (formerly home to The Coffee Club) continues the Petrie Terrace aesthetic – timbers and greenery is common – while offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Much like its Caxton Street sibling, Fritzenberger Wilston pours eight Fritzen beers on tap, delivered daily from the Petrie Terrace in-house micro-brewery, alongside its menu of classic burgers and sides. The classic Fritzen Burger, fried-chicken burger and pulled-pork burger are up for grabs, alongside loaded frites (Fritzenberger’s signature salts are now available on your table), wings, house-made dill pickles, shakes and mac’n’cheese balls. A new range of sharing salads and ice-creams doused in hot sauce have launched in time for the opening as well, while monthly specials will offer a regular shake-up.
