On Friday May 12, the Church Mouse Cheese team softly opened Flight’s Bar & Grill inside the heritage-listed McDonald’s Bakery building on St. Paul’s Terrace. The site will allow the Church Mouse team to host its hugely popular wine-and-cheese nights in a space that’s all their own. In addition to these specialty events, Flight’s Bar & Grill offers diners a tapas menu at the bar (or a cheese flight accompanied with your choice of wine or whisky), while also putting the building’s century-old oven to great use, with woodfired dishes specialty.
