If you’re a fan of Miami Hot Bread’s beautiful banh mi and fragrant pho, get excited because the venue’s owners have opened a second outpost in Mermaid Waters. Aptly named Mermaid Hot Bread, the venue has taken over the old bakery site at Waterways Mermaid Waters. The menu is mostly the same as its Miami location, with a couple of tweaks including the addition of daikon radishes to the banh mi to dial up the flavour even more. Rounding out the offering is a drool-inducing selection of sweets, slices and pastries.

Oh, and for those wondering, Miami Hot Bread isn’t closing! It’s business as usual at its original location along the Gold Coast Highway.
