From the same owners of Fu Manchu Oriental Kitchen, Madam Fu offers a melting pot of modern-Asian flavours. Located in the Capri on Via Roma precinct at Isle of Capri, the 80-seat dining spot enjoys water views by day and glorious skyline views at night. The share-style menu covers the land and sea, with light dishes like smoked Mooloolaba tuna with finger lime and wild wood sorrel, through to spicy-cauliflower bao bun drizzled with kaffir-lime mayo, and Sichuan-spiced pork belly with native-plum caramel. Madam Fu keeps a selection of Asian bottled beers behind the bar, alongside a decent array of white, red and in-between wines.
