The casually sophisticated venue is nestled within Hilton Surfers Paradise and is headed by Executive Chef Kathy Tindall, who has created a mouthwatering menu that focusses on sustainable seafood with subtle Asian influences. Shellfish lovers, you’re spoilt for choice with an entire section dedicated to crustaceans of all kinds including tempura spanner crabs with ricotta zucchini flowers, king prawns with chorizo, crumbed Moreton bay bug tails and soft shell crab tacos. For a true foodie feast, opt for the seafood platter for two which features natural oysters, chilled Moreton bay bug, grilled prawns, salt and pepper calamari, beer battered barramundi fillets, fries and salad. Not so fond of fare from the sea? There are plenty of options from the land to pique your interest including beetroot ravioli, braised lamb shoulder and twice-cooked pork belly. Catch Restaurant also dishes up a bountiful buffet breakfast seven days a week.
