The future is female: five Queensland women killin’ it in the food industry

A master of soul once famously stated that it’s a man’s world, but I think we can all agree that this rhetoric is more than a little outdated. In honour of International Women’s Day on Wednesday March 8, we thought we’d give a little shout-out to some badass Queensland ladies who are doing amazing things in our favourite industry – food. more

The Weekend Series: house porn – you know you want to look

With all the talk of declining housing affordability and how we’d be able to own the house of our dreams if we just stopped eating smashed avocado, this story might be like rubbing salt on open wound. The round-up: hot tips to stay cool during the heatwave

In case you've been living under a rock, this weekend is going to be a scorcher. We're talking 35 degree-plus days – you know, those temps where the bitumen roads get so hot you can actually fry an egg on them (it's tempting, but totally unhygienic). If you're lucky enough to have air-conditioning at home, then good on YOU. So, let's beat the heat and get out, pals! Here's a list of cool things to do when there is a giant mass of hot air looming over the Gold Coast. more

Embrace the minimalist style with new-season swimwear from Summer Addiction

Summer is here. It’s well and truly here, in all its 35-degree glory. It’s only natural at this time of year that the ladies embrace the humble bikini to get them through these sweltering days. Wearing clothes in summer is totally overrated. more
