Prepare to rug up and roll out to Sirromet Wines, where you can snuggle up by the fire on winter weekends with wine, charcuterie bites and your nearest and dearest.
While a lot of us might associate Sirromet Wines with sweltering summer days spent singing along at a day on the green, the much-loved Mount Cotton winery is beckoning us to come visit this winter and experience all of its magic during the cooler months. The outlook? Still sizzling, because a hot new accessory has landed on the lawn – private fire pits. Available to book every Saturday and Sunday from June 10 to September 3 from 5:00 pm, the fire pit and hamper experience is a fun (and toasty) night under the stars.
The private fire pit experience will see you and your lover or best pal get comfy on a cosy picnic blanket next to your own fire pit and barrel table. You’ll get a premium hamper of goodies to snack on including locally sourced meats, cheese, crackers and sweets. You can wash down the flavourful fare with some belly-warming mulled wine (you’ll get two per person), which are served in super-cute insulated cups that you can take home. Those who prefer their wine room temperature can opt to enjoy a bottle of Sirromet select wine instead.
