Guests will be treated to a specially curated menu by Miss Moneypenny’s head chef Tapos Singha, with the first course of warm charcoal sourdough with aged balsamic and olive oil set to kick things off in spectacular style. Next up is an Australian hot shellfish platter brimming with grilled Morton Bay bug with lobster bisque glaze, King prawns with garlic and fermented chilli butter, baked half-shell scallops with sea-urchin butter and Pacific oysters baked with sauce soubise and bonito creme. The main course comes in the form of rosemary-and-garlic porchetta with baked green apple and gremolata or roast turkey breast with apple and sage stuffing, butternut pumpkin and cranberry jus.
