BurgerFuel has landed on the Gold Coast

New Zealand-born burger franchise, BurgerFuel, has taken over the space left by Ashy’s Clean Eating Kitchen and the Souvlaki Hut on the Gold Coast Highway in Mermaid Beach.

Much to the delight of Gold Coast-based Kiwi’s and burger aficionados everywhere, global burger chain BurgerFuel is bringing a little taste of New Zealand to the coast. With selections including the beefy Burnout, the Hamburgini with cheese and the Ford Freakout, BurgerFuel is upping the ante on takeaways and delivering quality, gourmet burgers. For the health conscious, there’s also the Low Carbonator option to swap your bun and relish for lettuce cups.

The restaurant is the second for Australia following the opening of the Fortitude Valley store late last year, bringing the BurgerFuel tally to 67 restaurants operating in six countries around the world. The BurgerFuel empire has grown exponentially since opening in Auckland in 1995 driven by a desire to fuel and fire the human engine. See our Stumble Guide for opening times.

The Stumble Guide is our comprehensive Gold Coast dining guide with more than 870 places to eat, drink, shop and play.
