Located on level three at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, family-friendly nosh-spot Bistro On3 will be serving up a flavoursome menu of belly-warming bites throughout August. Starting on Tuesday August 1, diners can indulge in a two-course meal for $55 per person or three courses for $6o per person at a lunch or dinner sitting.

Nothing says comfort food more than a steaming hot bowl of soup, which is why Bistro On3 is offering a choice between two sumptuous soups as an entree option. Slurp down a seafood bouillabaisse (squid, mussels, clams and white fish in a rich seafood and tomato broth) or a traditional French onion soup with gruyere croutons. For mains, dig your fork into beef bourguignonne with button mushrooms, baby onion and red wine jus or braised lamb shank with pearl barley and rich tomato gravy. Sweet tooths can sink their teeth into a warm and gloriously gooey sticky-date pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice-cream.
