Bend and snack – Currumbin Valley’s Eden Retreat opens its gates for an exclusive pilates and brunch session
Fancy an open-air pilates class followed by brunch in the middle of the dreamy Currumbin Valley? Famed hideaway Eden Health Retreat is opening its gates and rolling out the foam matts on its lush green lawn on Saturday August 24 for an exclusive morning of wellness – and you’re invited to join in.
If you’ve always wanted to experience the grounds of Eden, this is your chance. The retreat has teamed up with renowned pilates guru Kirsten King of Fluidform Pilates and P.E Nation founder Pip Edwards for a one-off morning of bending, stretching and strengthening in the stunning surrounds of the private estate. The hour-plus pilates session will be followed by a delicious brunch spread (with gluten and dairy-free and vegan options available) prepared by Eden’s in-house chefs and nutritionist.
Sounds like perfect Sunday, right? There’s more! After your brunch, take a spot on the glorious lawn and soak up the sunshine while listening to television queen Sylvia Jeffreys chat to Kristen King in an exclusive Q&A session. Eden’s Open-Air Pilates and Brunch will run from 7:00–11:00 am on Saturday August 24. Tickets are $45 and can be purchased online. Bonus – like the sound of this? You can also book in for the entire week-long pilates retreat (August 18-24) to experience the full Eden program, which also includes a private consultation with Kirsten and twice-daily pilates classes – jump here for more info.
